More than 6 years Acme International (Thailand) Ltd. and Höganäs Sweden joined the Metalex’s Fair. For this year, Höganäs introduced new technology from Rapid 3D Printing by using Additive Manufacturing in this show. Acme-Inter has launched 4 new products: KERLUBE – Hydraulic Oil; KERCUT – Soluble Cutting Oil; KERRUST – Rust Prevention Oil and KERLEASE – Release Agent under the brand “KERNIK”.

We, ACME-INTER co-organized the 5th PM School training course with Höganäs Sweden AB and MTEC, lasts 3 days during 27 – 29 July, 2016. The Key highlights of PM School course are knowing and understanding deeper in Sintering Process from the overview of Powder Metallurgy Science, powder production, and different powder grades through the production process.  From the course, with 30 participants joining have opportunity in participate the lab work and presenting their own group work in front of the class from what they have got after course.  With the good feedback we, ACME-INTER will continue to organize the PM School training course.

Acme-Inter was joined the Vietnam Manufacturing Expo 2016 on last 6-8 April 2016 at Hanoi International Center for Exhibition I.C.E which is the Vietnam’s Leading Exhibition on manufacturing machinery and technologies.   We are the one of the supporters and industrialists from Thailand.  We were representing the products brand “KERNIK” especially  KERNIK RELEASE AGENT for the industry of Die casting, Plastic, Wood Working, Rubber Part, and Tire.  We really appreciated for the good response from all visitors.  Thank you for visiting our booth.

This is the 1^st time that Acme International (Thailand) Ltd. joining the GRTE  (Global Rubber, Latex & Tire Expo) 2016.  We proudly presented our Release Agent and Multiple Release agent under our own brand “ KERNIK ”.  Our offer range is including the effective and economical Release Agent for various applications especially in Rubber molding, Tires and Glove Industry.  The product was well accepted by many people in the industry. With the wonderful success in 2nd ASEAN BRAKE Conference and Exhibition 2016 which held at Grand Ballroom, Millennium Hilton Bangkok, more than 320 participants joining from ASEAN countries and overseas.  This year, we, ACME International (Thailand) Limited, the organize maintains a strong technical program and also keynote talks by leading practitioners and researchers together with panel discussion from market expert.  We would say thank you for all participants to make a great success.

Again, for the 3^rd ASEAN BRAKE Conference 2017, we will meet at New Delhi, India, under Asia Brake 2017.  It would be our honor to welcome you all.

Successfully with the feedback from all customers in the last exhibition “Metalex 2015″ from 18 – 21 November 2015 at the Exhibition Center, BITEC Bangna Bangkok, by concept “Infinite Solutions One Show.”  The exhibition showed the goods on machinery and metal from a variety of all countries in ASEAN.  This time Acme Inter and the company from Sweden Höganäs had showed and demonstrated the products under brand “Höganäs” like metal powder (Powder Welding) along with the KERNIK brand products for casting metal and KERNIK RELEASE AGENT for industrial production, such as Diecasting, Wood and Laminate, Rubber Part, Tire, Plastic and etc.

Nevertheless we also showed the Automatic roll-up door high speed (Automatic Roll-up High Speed Door) and the rotating block (Turnstile Door) under the brand ”KARTA”

With the successful ending of “METALEX VIETNAM 2015″during October 8-10, 2015, we, ACME-INTER promoted and focus more on the “KERNIK” brand which are the selected brand from our portfolio.  All showed product are the top selling from ACME-INTER such as KERNIK COLD WELDING AGENT (liquid, cold welding), KERNIK CRACK CHECKING SYSTEM (reagent check cracks), KERNIK RUST-STOP 109 (liquid metal rust prevention) and KERNIK RELEASE AGENT (liquid paint nonstick), all selected products dealing with various type of industry such as Die casting, Wood Working, Rubber Part, Tire, and Plastic industry.   With the collaborate the Unit for Industrial Linkage Development (BUILD), Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), ACME-INTER has getting more attention and visitor from both end user and producer in Vietnam market. Acme International (Thailand) Limited has organized In-house training seminar, “Thermal Spray Technique for Glass Industry” at Thai Glass Industries Public Company Limited (TGI). We have Mr.Lars-Ake Nilsson, Technical Support Manager – Surface Coating from Höganäs Sweden AB, the world biggest producer of metal powder to be our lecturer, on 2^nd October 2015.

With the successful closing for the 1st joining of Vietnam Manufacturing Expo 2015 which held at Hanoi International Center for Exhibition I.C.E, Hanoi, VN. Acme International (Thailand) Ltd. brought the top product in Thailand, release agent, brands “ KERNIK ”  to explore to the international market eg, Vietnam in to this Expo.

Release Agent, brand “ KERNIK ” designed to apply in variety industry such as Die Casting, Wood and Laminate, Rubber Part, Tire, and Plastic.  Moreover, ACME-INTER brought other type of product to join this expo as well. We would say thank you for all visitors and customers to visit our booth.

Acme International (Thailand) Ltd., has united the people in PM industry together to set up Thailand Powder Metallurgy Association (ThaiPMA) on 13 August, 2015, with cooperate with National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC). We believe that powder metallurgy has shown its important roles to support the expansion of Thai industries for many years, especially automotive and electrical appliance industries.  Today, powder metallurgy technique has been widely used to produce the complex and high volume parts. In Thailand, the consumption of metal powder for sintered part has doubled in the last decade.
